What is the District Student ID and why do we ask?

Most districts assign a permanent ID number to each student enrolled. The ID for the student does not change from year-to-year nor even school-to-school within the district.

By describing the Student ID to us on this form, we can help ensure the accuracy of the information entered by your teachers when adding students to The Imagination Station. Additionally, the Student ID enables a student's record to follow the student from year-to-year and school-to-school within the district.

The text entered for Name for ID will be displayed to teachers when adding students so they know which ID to use for a child.
